⅓ pound of lamb meat per person if you are buying boneless meat.
In case of bone-in lamb, ½ pound of meat per person.
90 pounds of bone-in meat is needed for 90-100 people.
45 to 50 pounds of boneless meat is enough to feed that same number of people.
To serve 6 to 7 people, you must get 6 pounds of meat.
For 10, it is better to get 8 to 9 pounds.
For serving a 20-person group, get 11 to 12 pounds of meat.
For serving 50 people and even having some leftovers, you will need 30 to 32 pounds of meat.
