In a large-sized soup pan, sizzle the oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the onion, carrots, and celery for 6-8 minutes.
Add in garlic and cook for around 1 minute.
Blend in the broth, salt, and black pepper and cook until boiling.
Blend in pasta and meatballs and immediately turn down the heat to medium-low.
Cook with a cover for around 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend in the spinach and cook with a cover for around 2 minutes.
Enjoy hot with the garnishing of Parmesan cheese.
