Meat Church Texas Style Spare Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • Pork Spare Ribs
  • 4 tbsp Meat Church Holy Cow Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • cup BBQ Sauce
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (as required)

Instructions
 

  • To begin, set the smoker's temperature to 250 degrees.
  • Remove the membrane and any odd growths from the ribs.
  • Add some salt and black pepper to the ribs now. Marinate it for a full half an hour.
  • After the marinade has been applied, the rib bone may go into the smoker to begin cooking. Keep the ribs in the smoker upside down for four to five hours.
  • Spray with apple cider vinegar a few times during the cooking process.
  • The ribs need to rest for at least 15 minutes after being pulled.
  • Prepare a foil mat. Apple cider vinegar, then a thick layer of BBQ sauce down the center of the rack.
  • Rest the ribs in the BBQ sauce, meaty side down, for at least two hours before serving.
