Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • cups cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Place the first 9 ingredients into the bread machine pan as instructed in the manual.
  • Select the basic bread setting and pick the crust color and loaf size you want if your machine has those options.
  • Follow the bread machine's directions and check the dough after 5 minutes of mixing (adjust dough with water or flour, if needed).
  • Add the cheese and pepperoni just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this).
