Ingredients
  

For the Smoked Duck

  • 2 duck breasts, smoked and shredded
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Mango Salsa

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tacos

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Sliced avocado
  • Lime crema (mix lime juice with sour cream)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the shredded smoked duck with ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, chopped jalapeno, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to make the mango salsa. Toss well and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet or over an open flame until pliable.
  • Place a generous portion of the smoked duck on each tortilla to assemble the tacos. Top with mango salsa, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of lime crema.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves, and serve the smoked duck tacos immediately.
