Preheat the breakfast sandwich maker. Spread herbed cream cheese on the bottom half of the English muffin.
Lift the cover, top ring, and cooking plate.
Now, place half of the muffin, herbed cream cheese side up, in the bottom of the sandwich maker.
Top with tomato, spinach, and pepper.
Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add an egg to the cooking plate.
Top with the remaining muffin half.
Close cover. Cook for 4–5 minutes.
Move the cooking plate handle clockwise until it stops.
Lift the cover and rings and carefully remove the sandwich with a plastic spatula.
