  • 1 large egg

  • 1 thin slice of tomato
  • 4 spinach leaves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the breakfast sandwich maker. Spread herbed cream cheese on the bottom half of the English muffin.
  • Lift the cover, top ring, and cooking plate.
  • Now, place half of the muffin, herbed cream cheese side up, in the bottom of the sandwich maker.
  • Top with tomato, spinach, and pepper.
  • Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add an egg to the cooking plate.
  • Top with the remaining muffin half.
  • Close cover. Cook for 4–5 minutes.
  • Move the cooking plate handle clockwise until it stops.
  • Lift the cover and rings and carefully remove the sandwich with a plastic spatula.
