Cook pasta along with water and salt until soft. Drain water and keep aside.
Heat oil + butter, add cumin, let it crackle.
Add crushed garlic, and sauté for 2 mins.
Add onion, and sauté till transparent. Then add carrot and capsicum for a few mins.
Then add pasta sauce, and mix well.
Add water and let the veggies cook for a few mins.
Cook covered until the veggies are slightly soft yet crunchy enough to bite.
Then add crushed pepper, mixed herbs, and salt.
Mix well. Add the pasta and toss well. Serve Bow Tie Pasta hot!
