- 24 Triscuit crackers
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese (regular or reduced-fat), softened
- 2 tbsps fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Combine the chopped sundried tomatoes, cream cheese, chopped basil, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Take one Triscuit cracker and spread a small spoonful of the sundried tomato and basil mixture on top.
Repeat this process with the rest of the Triscuit crackers.
Garnish each Triscuit bite with a fresh basil leaf for an added touch of freshness.
