Ingredients
  

  • 1 package silken tofu
  • cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Drain any excess water from the silken tofu package and place the tofu in a blender or food processor.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup (or agave nectar), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more maple syrup or agave if desired.
  • Transfer the chocolate pudding into individual serving cups or a large bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to chill and firm up.
  • Before serving, garnish the chocolate pudding with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes.
