Notes

If you find Soyrizo too spicy for your tastebuds, you can replace it with ground turkey sausage (casing cut open) or tofu to keep it vegetarian! Also, you can add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese over your pie filling before spreading your mashed potato to coat it for extra taste.
